Shipping Policy
Dillon Manufacturing strives to process your order within 48 hours of placement. All deliveries ship from our factory in Athens, TX . We will email you when your order ships. Average turnaround time for blinds, towers and feeders is 6-8 weeks. Average turnaround time for replacement parts and accessories is 2-3 days. Any shipping delay will be communicated to you as quickly as possible. Dillon Manufacturing does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO Addresses.
Return & Exchange Policy
Upon arrival, we recommend inspecting your order. Any product or packaging damage must be recorded in writing to the delivery handler. All claims must be made to the delivery carrier and our customer service department to ensure proper handling of your return. If you have questions or concerns regarding your return, Dillon customer care representatives are happy to assist you with your claim. Products returned for any reason excluding damage must be unused and in new condition. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount as well as any adjustments for less than pristine condition.
Cancellations
Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the time you place your order with and before your order ships to receive a full refund. To cancel, please call (903) 677-3141 and speak with a customer service representative.
